3/19/2008 - Alabama Defense Lawyers Deposition Bootcamp
For the second year, Neal Moore was an invited speaker and faculty member for the Alabama Defense Lawyers' Deposition Boot Camp. This two-day seminar is designed to teach young lawyers how to take and defend depositions. A combination of lectures and hands-on training, the boot camp takes young lawyers through the entire process, including client preparation, objections, and how to control a difficult plaintiff lawyer. Participants are required to mock depose opposing parties, corporate witnesses, and experts. The faculty is comprised of selected defense lawyers throughout the State of Alabama.
