7/24/2008 - Neal Moore is Featured Speaker at ACA / MAP Conference
Neal Moore was a featured speaker at the Annual Convention for the ACA International, the Association of Credit and Collection Professionals. Part of ACA is the Members Attorney Program, an organization devoted to counsel in the defense of collection and creditor rights. Mr. Moore spoke to the MAP section regarding various legal (and not so legal) tricks used by debtors to avoid payment. Mr. Moore also lectured regarding debt elimination scams offered to the public as a means of getting rid of otherwise legitimate debts.
