The October issue of For The Defense features an article by Jinny Ray regarding the use of social networking sites by members of the bench and bar. The use of sites such as Facebook present challenges which have only recently begun to be addressed by the legal community. The article, which discusses recent ethics opinions and cases in this area, is entitled “Rules Struggle to Catch up with Technology: Social Networking Ethics” and can be found on page 72 of the October issue.
