2/19/2007 - Rodgers Continuing Education on Pro Ami Settlements

Dan Rodgers will be speaking at a Continuing Legal Education seminar on pro ami settlements in Alabama.  The seminar will address the statutory requirements for ensuring the settlement cannot be challenged at a later date, the mechanics of issuing payment pursuant to court order, the role of structured settlements and the duties of the conservator and guardian ad litem.  The seminar is sponsored by the Birmingham Bar Association and will take place on September 14, 2007 at the Harbert Center located at 2019 Fourth Ave. in Birmingham.
