2/15/2007 - J. Mitchell Frost recognized by Federation of Defense and Corporate Counsel

Ferguson, Frost & Dodson founding partner Mitch Frost was honored with membership in the Federation of Defense and Corporate Counsel in 2007.  Federation members have been judged by their peers to have achieved professional distinction, and are committed to promoting knowledge, fellowship, professionalism and the course of justice.  FDCC members are experienced attorneys in private practice as well as general counsel and insurance claims executives from throughout the world.  FDCC Membership is limited and selective. Election is by the Board of Directors upon recommendation of an independent Admissions Committee charged with the responsibility of making a careful investigation into the qualifications of each nominee to insure that those elected have distinguished themselves professionally.  Only a select number of attorneys in private practice are admitted, and our firm is proud to have two of its founders included in the ranks of the FDCC.
